    Thank You for the summary.
    The comparison between IDA and Thal diseases based on the CBC was helpful.
    The link between classic Thal and a RBC count >5.00 is stated in a few articles.
    Do you have any comment on the occurrence of Punctate Basophilic stippling seen in classic Thal cases?
