Sorry…the comment with the answers seems to have disappeared! The answers are:
1. This could be either hereditary spherocytosis or warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia, since all we see are spherocytes.
2. Cold autoimmune hemolytic anemia (nice big red cell agglutinates).
3. Hereditary elliptocytosis.
4. Sickle cell disease.
5. Microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, probably. Alternatively, it could be a case of G6PD deficiency, since some of the cells look “bitten” – but better to rule out MAHA first, since the consequences are so severe.
